Tower Openings and concerts
People have again been enjoying the view from the top the tower of our parish church, St John the Baptist.
The tower is reputedly the highest point between here and York.

#VEDay2025 marks 80 years since Victory in Europe at the end of World War II. To commemorate the sacrifice of so many, we went back to a ration-style menu in the EBS Kitchen. From Lord Woolten pie and spam fritters to bread and butter pudding, students enjoyed the 1940s flavours!
