“ I am disappointed by the news that this cladding should be removed. I consider it an attractive modern addition to our High Street. When compared to the monstrosity that appeared, and remains, on the site of the Salisbury Hotel the cladding at Church Passage is a breath of fresh air. I believe that our community is ill served by this luddite-like approach to development. ”
