An interesting article.

There is a surplus of retail units throughout the UK given the change in our shopping habits, so on face value a change of use to resi sounds sensible. This is also supported by the lack of quality housing in London.

My issue is the type of housing. We want to encourage a mix of people to Chipping Barnet. So houses for families not just flats.

So long as we never lose the green belt that all enjoy!
