I have heard no more about the future of the property following Planning and Building Control's letter of 1 September 2021 announcing the Appeal Start D(ate of 25 August 2021 (sent to local residents). Their website informs us that the appeal was rejected, but no more. Does anyone know the present situation?
A couple of days ago a number (3 or 4 - I could see no more) had broken into the property by breaking a conservatory window. I suggested they leave the property and informed the local police, who said they would visit the property. A walk-past yesterday confirmed that the broken window remained unsealed current weather conditions.
Does anyone know the current situation and plans for the property? Plenty of sound suggestions above. ”
