The spires is struggling to fill all of its units as it is and it is now common for businesses to want bigger units, hence why the three units in the first courtyard were converted for the larger H&M store. Smaller units would only hinder growth of the Spires and Barnet town centre. A few more benches wouldn't go amiss though. ”
