“ the Spires is a space devoid of anything to commend it. Previously we had small gardens, trees and chairs and it was enjoyed by many. Now there is not one chair to sit on,people resort to sitting on two concrete tubs containing two struggling saplings. The shops need to be made into smaller units and the space made more inviting with benches and trees. it is nothing but a desolate wind tunnel. ”
