“ A shame people didn’t oppose the council’s so called “regeneration “ plans for neighbouring North Finchley with more tower blocks and demolition of the Grand Arcade and surrounding buildings.
Maybe because it didn’t involve loss of their beloved car parking spaces? (although I believe that car parks in North Finchley will be affected too!) ”
