Assume 450 cars (in reality probably more) - where will they park and what happens to the traffic in that area which is on multiple school runs and access to the tube for people who work in town (even if taking public transport being able to reliably predict timings is important for working people). Or, if the mayor’s priorities are to be believed, maybe the development should come with a condition that none of the residents can own a car! Probably kills the ability to sell the flats then... ”
