“ As a resident of Alston Rd, not mentioned in the article but on the route of the 384, I would appreciate the rerouting of the 384 to Stapylton Road and The Spires on both westbound and eastbound journeys. At the moment it goes up and down Alston Rd and Strafford Rd causing traffic congestion and slaloming between residents' cars parked in both roads. Schoolchildren walk to Christ Church and Foulds Schools and need to be careful. The vibration of the revving and accelerating is causing our houses to shake. If people are able to walk their shopping trolleys from Waitrose to wherever, as evidenced by the number of trolleys left in the roads tempting vandalism and scratching to cars, then walking to the Spires to catch a bus is not impossible. ”
