We were happy to see major developments at e.g. Brook Valley Gardens, Elmbank and Brake Shear House, plus many smaller ones. That's hundreds of homes in High Barnet, Underhill & New Barnet over the last five years. But we do want more variety and affordability and of housing - and decent design. ”
