Very surprised that a Barnet tree officer showed any concern!

Builders poured concrete into a hundred year old Oak tree roots with a TPO on it on council's own land! The Windsor Open Space.
Tree officers did not protect tree but put in an application for large branch to be cut to protect the newly sited mobile home underneath it. Thus Contravening 2 rules of Tree Protection Orders.
Officers refused to do a root survey afterwards and refused protection before planning consent was given. Friends of Windsor Open Space fought to save the branch from being cut but couldn't get the permanent mobile home removed.
