I do remember cattle, in the field behind the bus stop, interesting uncommon breeds (to a townie like me anyway) and there have been horses off and on until the last few years. Little minature Shetlends ? Occasionally the Bantams in particular take it into their little noddles to go for a walk in Wood Street and I have tried to shoo them back in. I don't think it is easy farming in Britain these days and especially on the edge of a huge city. Good luck. ”
