“ Retaining & cleaning the towers seems to make more sense and gives the high street frontage something more unique rather than the usual urban concrete look so often used; after all Barnet is a historical town! Business rents should be reduced to entice more shops to stay and car park fees reduced or even free for the first hour to encourage shoppers. The flooring should definitely be changed to something non-slip when wet. ”
