“ A couple months ago, we moved to Puller Road from a village in rural Leicestershire which had a far better broadband service than here. Came as quite a shock! BT told me that BT Infinity had no further capacity, and we should keep checking their website to grab a place if someone drops out. Unbelievable response! Previously we were also able to use BT Vision to access digital TV, catch-up tv etc, and now the signal is so poor that BT cannot provide this. So we are using free view on our TV, and there is no signal to receive any ITV, channel 4 or 5. If anyone has any advice or information, we would be very grateful. ”
